Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour

Ground Pepper
Instructions
Whisk together 1/2 cup cool broth with 1/4 cup flour until no lumps are remaining, set aside.
In a small saucepan, add the butter and turn to medium heat.
Melt the butter completely, pour in 1 1/2 cups broth, and warm up to a low boil.
Whisk the broth and flour mixture to be sure it's fully combined, then whisk into the boiling broth.
Stir quickly until the gravy has thickened.
Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Beef Broth or Chicken Broth can be used.
