Brown Sugar, Packed
Instructions
In a large skillet, swirl the olive oil to coat the pan.
Keep the skillet on medium heat and add in the carrots, onion, cider, and brown sugar. Mix it together.
Making sure that the carrots and onions are being covered by the liquid.
Cover and simmer for about 20-30 minutes or until the liquid is completely soaked into the carrots and they are soft.
Notes
These are best served warm right after cooking.
