While you are seasoning the turkey breast, turn the grill up and preheat it up to 325*F.
Remove the netting from the turkey breast, this worked best with netting removed before cooking.
Coat the turkey breast with melted butter, garlic, and rosemary. If preferred you can do a turkey brine instead, see the note for the link.
Once done, place the turkey on the pellet grill and cook for 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165*F. The temperature can be checked with the probe that comes with your pellet grill or a meat thermometer.
Note - Although it isn't absolutely necessary, we did find it was best to rotate the turkey breast around the 1 1/2 hour mark to evenly cook on all sides.
Once done, carefully remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
