Fresh Parmesan Cheese
Finely Grated
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix seasonings and cheese.
Slowly whisk in the vinegar and oil until well combined.
Transfer dressing to a jar with a lid.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Store in the fridge.
