Make a delicious Ninja Foodi Maple Roast using the pressure cooker function of the Ninja Foodi, this is a wonderful pot roast.

Cubed Potatoes
Red or Russet

Baby Carrots

Maple Syrup

Ground Sage

Garlic Salt
Instructions
In the pot of the Ninja Foodi, add the olive oil and use a brush to coat the pot of the Ninja Foodi.
Turn the Ninja Foodi to the saute function on high.
Place the roast in the pot and sear on both sides for 1-2 minutes to brown the outside of the roast.
Once done, turn the Ninja Foodi off and add in the 1/2 cup of water.
Evenly top with the potatoes and carrots.
Pour the maple syrup over the pot roast.
Add in the ground sage and garlic salt.
Secure the lid and move the nozzle to 'seal'.
Set to pressure cook for 60 minutes.
Once done, DO NOTHING, natural release for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, release the remaining steam and carefully remove the lid.
Serve.
