Ingredients

White Onions
Thinly Sliced
2
Tbsp
Butter
4
Cups
Beef Broth
1
Tsp
Worcestershire Sauce
or Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
Pinch
of Fresh Parsley
Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large stock pot on medium heat melt the butter and add in the onions letting them simmer until slightly browned.
Next, add in the broth and Worcestershire sauce and then the parsley, mix this up and let it come to a rolling bowl.
This will simmer for about 10-20 minutes, then serve.
This recipe served 4 for us.
