Make this easy Tater Tot Casserole and it's easy to make gluten-free if needed too! This recipe uses pantry style ingredients and has plenty to feed 6-8 people!
10ozCream of Mushroom or Gluten-Free Cream of Mushroom
1/2CupPeas
1/2CupCorn
1CupShredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom, peas, and corn.
Coat a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray and evenly pour the meat mixture into the pan.
Top the mixture with a layer of tater tots.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown, carefully remove and add shredded cheddar cheese on top. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the fridge. When ready to reheat, heat in a microwave-safe dish for 2-3 minutes.For gluten-free, use gluten-free cream of mushroom.Frozen green beans or corn can be used, but steam them or defrost first.
