2TbspGluten Free Homemade Ranch Seasoning or 1 Package of Ranch Seasoning
1/2CupPlain Bread Crumbs or Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
Grapeseed Oil Spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Line a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, place the eggs in and beat or whisk them well.
Add the flour to a shallow dish.
In a separate bowl mix together the ranch seasoning and the breadcrumbs.
Coat each tender with flour, then coat with egg, shake off any excess, and roll in breadcrumb mixture.
Place on prepared baking sheet and coat with a layer of grapeseed oil spray.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, the internal temperature should be 165°F to be considered done. If they look floury, add additional grapeseed oil spray.
For Extra Crispy - Cook on low broil for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove and serve.
Notes
These can be made with gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs or regular depending on your dietary needs.I do not turn or flip these, but you can if you prefer.
