Recipe for Simple Cookie Dough

Cups
Chocolate Chips
Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate
1/4
Cup
Chopped Mixed Nuts
Walnuts or Pecans
Parchment Paper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
Press the cookie dough evenly into the plan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Carefully remove and cool completely on a wire rack, leave it on the parchment paper.
Chop nuts and set aside.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
Pour chocolate over cookie bars and spread with a spatula.
Immediately add chopped nuts.
Let harden 15 minutes.
Cut into triangles.
Store in an airtight container.
