Pureed Pumpkin

White Sugar

Packed Brown Sugar

Vanilla Extract

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Tsp
Ground Cinnamon

Tsp
Ground Nutmeg

Cups
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375*.
Combine all ingredients in order into a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, folding in the chocolate chips.
Place batter in fridge for 1 hour to chill.
Drop in tablespoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove cookies and move to wire rack to cool.
Serve.
