Start by mixing the popcorn and candy corn in a large bowl.
Next, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat stirring in the salt and marshmallows. Reduce the heat to low and cooking for an additional 7 minutes or until the marshmallows have melted and the mixture is smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir it to coat. Then, coat hands with cooking spray and shape the popcorn into balls about 2 inches in size.
