Are you ready for all those fall parties? Halloween parties? Well, I spotted these fabulous Candy Corn Popcorn Balls over on Cooking Light this week!
Not only are these simple to make containing just a few easy ingredients but they taste wonderful too! These would be perfect to wrap up individually and take to a fall party or use as treats for the kids this year. I love that they are easy enough for the kids to help with in the kitchen. I know my son loves helping me in the kitchen, and I’m always excited when I find a recipe that’s perfect for him!

Candy Corn Popcorn Balls
Ingredients
- 8 Cups Popped Light Butter Popcorn
- 1 Cup Candy Corn
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 10 oz Bag Marshmallows
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Start by mixing the popcorn and candy corn in a large bowl.
- Next, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat stirring in the salt and marshmallows. Reduce the heat to low and cooking for an additional 7 minutes or until the marshmallows have melted and the mixture is smooth consistency.
- Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir it to coat. Then, coat hands with cooking spray and shape the popcorn into balls about 2 inches in size.

These look great and super easy for a little guy to help with! I am going to make these for my son to take for snack next week at preschool, thanks for the recipe! One quick question, how many popcorn balls do these measurements make?
