Apple Cinnamon Pancakes with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

Cups
Self Rising Flour or Gluten Free Self Rising Flour
2
Cups
Milk
1
Cup
Sugar
2
Eggs
1
Tbsp
Vanilla Extract
1
Cup
Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2
Tsp
Ground Cinnamon
Caramel Syrup
Either Store Bought or Homemade
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix well.
Now, spray the griddle or skillet with baking spray and warm to a medium heat.
Let it cook on one side until the batter begins to bubble, then flip over and cook until done. This typically just takes 2-3 minutes.
Serve topped with ground cinnamon and caramel sauce.
These make approximately 12 pancakes.
