Ingredients
4Bone-In or Boneless Pork Chops
Fresh Parsley to Garnish
Marinade
1/2CupGluten-Free Soy Sauce
1/4CupGluten-Free Worcestershire Sauce
1TbspDijon Mustard
2ClovesGarlicMinced
1/4CupBrown Sugar
1TspPepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until well combined.
Place pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over the pork chops to coat.
Set aside and let sit and rest for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Place the pork chops on the grill and turn to medium-low and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part reaches at least 145*F.
Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
