2TbspGrapeseed oil
2TspDried Dill Weed
1TspGarlic Powder
1TspOnion Powder
1TspGround Black Pepper
1TspSalt
Instructions
Using thawed chicken wings, place them into a Ziploc Bag.
Add pickle juice to the bag to coat the chicken and seal the bag.
Place the bag inside a pan and make sure the chicken is fully getting coated, laying it flat.
Let this sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours before preparing for the grill.
When ready to grill, warm the grill or pellet grill up to 450*F.
While the grill is warming up, remove the chicken from the bag and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the wings on a tray or in a bowl and coat evenly with grapeseed oil.
Add all the seasonings to a small bowl and then sprinkle evenly over the chicken wings.
Place the wings directly on the grill grates, and grill for 10 minutes.
Carefully turn and grill for another 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 175*F.
Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the wings.Olive Oil can be used in place of Grapeseed Oil; however, Grapeseed Oil has a higher smoke point.
