Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Using a Christmas Tree Shaped Cake Pan, spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Press the dough into the pan to create the tree shape. The dough should be about 1/4 inch thick.
Once pressed together, bake for 12 minutes at 325°F.
When the dough is slightly browned, carefully remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Once cooled, place the wire cooling rack over the cake pan, and quickly flip it to release the cookie cake, keeping the cooling rack closely behind the cookie.
Cool completely before frosting.

Use Sweet Loren's Gluten-Free Cookie Dough that can be found at Sprout's or a Homemade Cookie Dough. Nutritional information will vary depending on what brand of dough you use. If you do not need gluten-free, use any refrigerated cookie dough.
