Instructions
Using a 6-quart slow cooker, spray it with nonstick cooking spray or use a liner.
Place all ingredient in the slow cooker in order, finishing with the water, being sure all the vegetables are submerged in water.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
