In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix this up well.
Using a dough whisk, add the egg whites to the dry mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, vanilla, and oil. Whisk this up well and mix into the dry mixture.
Continue mixing until smooth.
Warm up a Belgian Waffle Maker and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Add about a cup of waffle mix to the waffle maker and continue to cook based on the instructions of your waffle maker.
Repeat the steps for the remaining waffles.
Serve with warm syrup.

This recipe can be done with regular flour too if gluten-free is not a need.Additional add-ins can also be done such as fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips.
