Add the smokies to a cast iron skillet or large aluminum pan.
Pour 1-2 cups of sauce over the smokies.
Place the skillet or pan on the smoker for 2-3 hours, the time will depend on the amount of smoky flavor that you prefer. Stir occasionally throughout the smoking time to distribute the sauce evenly.
Remove from smoker and allow to cool slightly.
Serve.
