Star Anise Pods

Dried Orange Peel
1/4
Cup
Black Peppercorns
Instructions
Place cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, allspice berries, cloves, and star anise in a large Ziploc bag.
Crush all the spices with a rolling pin.
Add the dried orange peel and peppercorns to the bag and toss to mix.
Store in an airtight container.
Notes
To serve - add 2 Tbsp per 1/2 gallon of apple cider.
Serve warm or room temperature.
