Brush the marinade over the hens and place them in a deep dish or bowl (use foil if necessary) to sit and marinate for at least 4 hours.
Warm the grill up to medium high heat, place the hens on the grill and let them cook for 20 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165*. Be sure to cook them evenly on each side.
To Make the Veggies:
Place 2 sheets of foil down because you will be making 2 sets of veggies.
Spray the foil with non stick cooking spray.
Roll the foil up around the sides to make it a little bowl to hold the marinade.
Pour half of the marinade into one foil and the rest into the other.
Equally distribute the veggies into each foil pack.
Wrap up the veggies making the ends meat.
Place these on medium heat on the grill for 20-30 minutes or until soft.
