Peppermint Mocha No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

Sugar

Cup
Cocoa Powder
1/2
Cup
Milk
4
Tbsp
Unsalted Butter
1/4
Tsp
Salt
1
Tsp
Vanilla Extract
1/4
Cup
Crushed Candy Canes
2 1/2
Cups
Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
Instructions
Prepare cookie sheets with greased wax paper or parchment paper then set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, put sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter. Cook the mixture up until it boils. Let it boil for 1 minute then remove from heat.
Add in the salt, vanilla, and candy canes.
Stir in the oatmeal and mix thoroughly.
Drop in spoonfuls onto the wax paper and let harden.
Makes approximately 2 dozen.
