Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 Taco Seasoning Packet or Gluten Free Taco Seasoning Packet
  • 1 15 oz Can of Black Beans
  • 1 14.5 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 14.5 oz Can of Chicken Broth
  • 1 15.25 oz Can of No Salt Added Canned Corn
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Toppings:

  • Fritos/Doritos
  • Shredded Mexican Style Cheese

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients for the soup into the Instant Pot.
  2. Seal the lid and close the nozzle to prevent the steam from coming out.
  3. Set to high pressure, manual for 4 minutes.
  4. Let it cook.
  5. Quick release the steam once it's done.
  6. Serve with toppings.
