Begin by turning the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker to SAUTE, add in the grapeseed oil, then cook the bacon on HIGH using this function. Once done, place the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate and remove or drain the grease from the pot.
Once drained, add back in the bacon, chicken broth, collard greens, vinegar, onion, red pepper flakes, and garlic salt.
Secure the pressure cooker lid and set the nozzle to SEAL.
Cook on HIGH pressure for 8 minutes.
Turn the Nozzle to VENT to quick release the pressure.
Stir up well and serve with a slotted spoon.
Notes
Due to the low smoke point of bacon grease, it's best to drain the bacon from the pot of the Ninja Foodi before pressure cooking. It does not have to be fully cleaned, but do not leave a lot of bacon grease in the bottom.Adapted From: Taste of Home
