Whole Acorn Squash
Cut in half with seeds removed

Tbsp
1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter

Tbsp
Brown Sugar
2-4
Tsp
Pure Maple Syrup
Salt to Taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400*F.
Cut squash in half and clean out seeds with a large spoon.
Place on baking sheet flesh side up.
Sprinkle with salt.
Add about 1/2 Tbsp butter to each half in the center of the squash.
Add 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar to each half on top of the butter.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
Bake for 60 minutes or until golden and tender.
Serve immediately.
Notes
To make savory - If you prefer savory, use olive oil instead of butter and omit the brown sugar and maple, then use pepper to taste.
