1/2CupVegetable Oil
1/2CupRed and Blue Jimmie Sprinkles

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*F.
Add the cupcake liners to the pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix, egg whites, buttermilk, and oil.
Mix until completely smooth.
Fold in the sprinkles carefully do the colors don't run.
Add the batter to each cupcake liner, about 1/2 full.
Bake at 350*F for 12-14 minutes or until when poked in the center with a toothpick, it comes out clean.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Frost them with the frosting and decorations of your choice.
Notes
Whole eggs can be used, but it will make the batter more yellow. The vanilla frosting can have blue or red food coloring added to accent the cupcakes with red, white, and blue.
