Remove some of the husks to make grilling a little easier. Leave the husk intact though to prevent the corn from drying out - only remove a little bit.
Trim the silks and remove the stalk with a sharp knife.
Grill the corn for 15-20 minutes turning several times.
Remove from the grill and allow it to cool for 5 minutes before removing the husk.
If you prefer char marks, return the grill for 5 more minutes.
Serve with the butter, salt, pepper, and parsley to garnish.
