Coconut Aminos

Rice Wine Vinegar

Brown Sugar

Granulated Sugar

Clove
Garlic

Ground Ginger

Cornstarch
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, water, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, regular sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Whisk well until combined.
Bring to a low boil on medium-high heat and whisk in the cornstarch.
Remove from heat and set aside to thicken.
Line the air fryer with aluminum foil if preferred and coat with olive oil cooking spray, place 6 chicken drumsticks that are thawed in the air fryer.
Coat them well with the teriyaki sauce and a coat of olive oil cooking spray.
Cook at 390 degrees for 10 minutes using the air crisp function.
Rotate the chicken carefully and then coat with another coat of sauce and spray.
Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees or your desired crispiness.
Serve.
Notes
It's best to use a brush to coat the chicken with sauce.
