Beef Chuck Roast

Medium Sized Red Apples
Peeled, Cored, & Sliced

Cinnamon

Apple Juice
Instructions
Spray the pot of the Ninja Foodi or Slow Cooker with Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
Place the roast in the bottom of the pot.
Top it with apples, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar evenly on top.
Pour the apple juice over the roast.
Place the additional lid (pressure cooker lid) on the Ninja Foodi or the glass lid. If using the pressure cooker lid, set the nozzle to "Vent".
Using the slow cooker function, cook on low for 8 hours.
Carefully remove the lid, cut the roast and shred with a fork.
Serve.
