Place olive oil in the bottom of the Ninja Foodi, then add in the chicken thighs.
Saute these on medium-high heat for about 5-10 minutes or until well done.
Once the chicken is done, turn it to medium heat and add in the coleslaw, coconut aminos, and ginger.
Mix this well, adding in additional coconut aminos as needed.
It will need to be sauteed for about 5-10 minutes until the coleslaw is nice and soft, translucent in color.
Serve.
Notes
This can be made with chicken thighs, sausage, beef, or ground turkey.Chicken thighs work better than chicken breast as they do not dry out as quickly.
