Pie Shell or Gluten Free Pie Shell

Spinach

Diced Ham

Eggs

Cup
Half and Half
Cream
1/4
Tsp
Salt

Cups
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*.
In the prepared pie shell, add the spinach and ham.
Whisk together the eggs, cream, and salt, then pour over the ingredients in the pie shell.
Top with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes or until nicely browned.
Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
