Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs

Bell Peppers
Sliced (Multi-Colors)

Chili Powder

Cayenne Pepper

Chicken Broth
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Tortillas
Instructions
Place chicken on bottom of Instant Pot.
Top with the veggies and spices, evenly.
Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over the ingredients.
Pressure cook for 12 minutes.
Release pressure and serve on tortillas.
Notes
I used to cook these for 30 minutes in the pressure cooker, but have found 12 is fine. The key is to be sure they are at least 165*F internal temperature.
