Chicken Thighs
Boneless or Bone In

Sliced Potatoes

Green Beans

Cup
Olive Oil

Tsp
Garlic Salt
1/2
Tbsp
Rosemary
Instructions
In a medium-sized cast iron skillet, sear the chicken on both sides until browned.
Place it into a greased 6 quart slow cooker.
Top it with potatoes and green beans.
Evenly pour the olive oil over the veggies and top with garlic salt and rosemary.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
