Can of Unsalted Black Beans
Rinsed & Drained

Peeled

Red Wine Vinegar

Ground Cummin

Crushed Red Pepper

Queso Fresco Cheese
Grated

Red Onion
Chopped
Tortilla Chips
Optional
Instructions
In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for the cheese and red onion. Blend until fully combined and formed into a paste/dip.
Pour into a serving dish and top with the cheese and onion.
Serve with tortilla chips or your choice of side.
