Sweet Potatoes
1/4
Cup
Butter
Melted
1/2
Tsp
Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*.
Thinly slice the potatoes about 1/8 inch thick.
Place evenly on a greased baking sheet.
Combine melted butter and cinnamon.
Brush potatoes evenly with cinnamon butter.
Bake for about 20 minutes, rotate, then bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until crispy.
