Dried Cranberries
Toppings
Pecans, Almonds, Granola
Dressing:

Tbsp
Sugar

Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

Tbsp
Fat-Free Milk
1
Tbsp
Poppy Seeds
1
Tbsp
White Wine Vinegar
Instructions
Tear kale into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl, spray with the olive oil spray just to lightly coat it.
Add in the cranberries and toppings of your choice.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, whisk well and serve topped over the salad.
Store dressing in the fridge up to a week, be sure to stir again before using.
