In a dutch oven or steamer, begin by fully steaming the spaghetti squash. Once it is steamed, scrape out the seeds with a fork. Then, use a fork to scrape out the remaining spaghetti squash and set aside.
In a medium sized skillet, cook and brown the ground turkey, then drain well.
Return to the skillet and add in the sauce. Let this warm for about 5 minutes.
Set the oven to broil on low.
Spray a cast iron skillet if needed with an olive oil spray. Place the spaghetti squash evenly in the skillet.
Pour the meat mixture evenly on top.
In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until it's a very smooth consistency.
Evenly spread the cheese on top of the meat mixture.
Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is nicely browned, the time may vary, watch it closely.
