Kosher Coarse Salt
Instructions
Peel and pit the avocados, placing the avocado in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Use a fork or potato masher to mash them up to your desired consistency.
Fold in tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
Mix in the garlic, juice from 1/2 lime, and salt.
Stir well until combined, chill, and serve. Use the remaining lime slices and cilantro to garnish.
