Ingredients

Avocados From Mexico
½
Cup
Fresh Cilantro

Medium Sized Tomato
Diced
½
Cup
Sweet Onion
Diced

Red Chili Pepper
1
Lime
1
Garlic Clove
Peeled

Tsp
Cayenne Pepper

Tsp
Salt or to Taste
Instructions
To make this, use a food processor or you can also mix by hand.
Peel the Avocados From Mexico and put the flesh in the processor along with the cilantro and tomato.
Add in the onion and then cut the top off the pepper and add in the whole pepper.
Cut the lime in half and use the juice from ½ of the lime.
Add in garlic clove, pepper and salt.
Blend it well until it’s a slightly smooth consistency.
Serve.
