Apple Cider

Instructions
In a large skillet, swirl the olive oil to coat the pan.
Keep the skillet on medium heat and add in the carrots, beans, onion, cider, and brown sugar.
Mix it together.
Making sure that the carrots, beans, and onions are being covered by the liquid.
Let this simmer for about 20-30 minutes or until the liquid is completely soaked into the vegetables and they are soft.
