Skinless Chicken Breast
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste

Olive Oil

Grapefruits
Pealed & Pulled Apart

Cup
Sweet Onion
Diced
Fresh Parsley
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and evenly grill on both sides until the internal temperature reaches 165* or until well done.
In a medium sized skillet, add in the olive oil.
Warm up the oil and add in the grapefruit and onion.
Saute for 5-10 minutes until the onion is fully cooked.
Mix in about 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley.
Serve topped over the grilled chicken.
