Yellow Bartlett Pears
Peeled or Unpeeled

Cranberry Apple Juice

Sugar
Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Granola
Cinnamon
Instructions
Slice the pears lengthwise, then in half to make 4 equal long pieces.
Add the liquid to a small saucepan on medium high heat, then add in the sugar, stirring to dissolve.
Carefully add the pears and let them simmer for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
Carefully remove the pears using a slotted spoon and serve over vanilla yogurt with granola and cinnamon.
