Hamburger Buns or Gluten Free Hamburger Buns
Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, then add in the oil.
Add the onion and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Add in the beef and cook until browned, stir occasionally.
Stir in Tomato Sauce and next 7 Ingredients through the Tomato Paste.
Bring this to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
Divide the meat among the bottom halves of the buns and then top with the top halves.
