Large Baking Potatoes

Sea Salt
Instructions
Begin by slicing the potatoes using a mandolin to make sure they are very thin.
Place them in one layer on a greased baking sheet or the pan with the toaster oven.
Evenly pour the olive oil and sea salt over the sliced potatoes.
Bake them for 10-15 minutes on medium heat or until crispy using the toaster oven.
