2 16ozCans of Bush’s Chili BeansUse Gluten Free Chili Beans, if needed.
1 14.5ozCan of Beef Broth
1 10ozCan of Diced Tomatoes
2Celery StalksDiced
1/4CupChopped Onion
1TspOregano
1TspParsley
1Garlic CloveCrushed
1/2TspChili Powderor to taste
12-16ozCooked Spaghetti or Gluten Free Spaghetti
Parmesan CheeseTopping
Instructions
Cook and brown the sausage if not already done, and drain the excess grease.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large stock pot, except for the spaghetti noodles and cheese. Let this cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Serve over the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
