Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients

Large Chicken Breast
1 1/2-2 lbs

Can Sliced Pineapple with Juice
1/4
Cup
Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1/4
Tsp
Worcestershire Sauce
1
Tsp
Ginger
1
Tbsp
Corn Starch
Instructions
In a 5 quart slow cooker, spray it with non stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the bottom of the cooker, then place the pineapples on top of the chicken.
Next, pour the pineapple juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce over the chicken and sprinkle the ginger on evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the chicken, then add a tablespoon of corn starch and whisk in the sauce that is left in the slow cooker.
Cover and let this cook for about 5-10 minutes just to get a little thick.
Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and pineapples and serve.
