Rub the ribs with the brown sugar, evenly coating them.
Cut the ribs to fit your slow cooker and place in the slow cooker.
In a small dish, mix the barbecue sauce, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush the mixture evenly all over the ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Carefully remove and serve.

If left any longer than 6 hours, they can burn, they are typically ready to remove at the 6 hour mark.Add additional sauce if you prefer before serving.
