1. In a large sauce, melt the butter on low heat then add in the marshmallows. Continue stirring until fully melted. Remove from heat.
2. Place the cereal in a large bowl, then coat and mix with the marshmallows mixture.
3. Stir in the M&Ms
4. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray, then press the mixture evenly into the pan. Loosely cover and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes or until cooled complete. Cut in 2 inch squares, then place on the sticks to hold them and serve.
