1/8CupThinly Sliced Pepperonitorn into tiny pieces
26ozJar of Tomato Soup
1TbspDried Rosemary
1TbspDried Parsley
1CloveGarlicCrushed
1/2CupAny Variety of Pasta or Gluten-Free PastaSee Note
Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Salt to Taste
Instructions
Spray a 5 quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray or use a crockpot liner.
Next add in all ingredients except for pasta and cheese. Let this cook on low for 8 hours.
Pour in the pasta 30 minutes before you plan to serve it and let that cook until pasta is done.
Add garlic salt to taste about a 1/2 tsp before serving.
Garnish with cheese and serve.
Notes
Remember that if you do this in the Ninja Foodi or Instant Pot, you would add all ingredients to the pot of the Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi except for the cheese.Then cook it on high pressure for 4 minutes, quickly release and serve.Regarding Pasta - As in the pictures, we used bowtie pasta and did 1/2 cup. If you do elbow macaroni or smaller pasta, then I would do 1/4 cup. This just adds some variety to the soup. It needs to be added in the final 30 minutes. If it's added at the beginning it will soak up all the liquid in the soup.
