Dill Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients

Boneless Pork Chops
2
Egg Whites
Beaten
1/4
Cup
Bread Crumbs
or Gluten Free Bread Crumbs

Tbsp
Dill Weed
1
Tsp
Garlic Powder
1
Tsp
Salt or to taste
1
Tsp
Pepper or to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*.
In a medium sized bowl, mix up the egg whites.
In a separate bowl add in the bread crumbs, dill weed, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Be sure to mix this up well.
Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture then coat with the breading.
Place on a wire rack and bake in the oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until well done.
